What is an E-Book?
An E-book stands for Electronic Book. It is basically a book or information for that is read off of your computer, pda, or any other capable electronic device.
What do I need to read an E-Book?
E-books mainly come as PDF or executable files. An executable file does not require any additional software to run. A PDF files requires Adobe Acrobat Reader and most computers already have this. If you do need it, it can be downloaded for free from Adobe.com.
How are E-Books I order sent to me?
Your E-book download information is sent to your primary paypal e-mail address. Please make sure to turn off or check your spam filters when receiving our e-mails.
Is there any other Software I need?
Most of the files will be in a compressed format. In order to uncompress them, you may either need winzip or winrar, both of which are free to download and use. Most computers have one of this software already. You can download them for free at winzip.com and rarlab.com.
I did not receive my E-book.
Please make sure to check your spam filters to see if our e-mails were sent to your trash. Also make sure you are looking at your primary paypal e-mail address, because that is where we send you your E-Books.
