With this license you are actually given the source files. You can use those to create your own unique product, add your own name as the author, and edit it as needed. You are given an incredible amount of freedom with these, because you can edit it in any way, break it apart into smaller reports, redo the sales page, create new images, and repackage it in any way. Private label rights are typically the most expensive form of rights because the owners gives you most of the control. It is always recommended you read the license terms for each individual product.
